Professor Sweeting is a clinical academic endocrinologist leading the Maternal Metabolic Health clinical research program within the Charles Perkins Centre at the University of Sydney and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, Australia, and IADPSG Council member. A/Professor Sweeting’s research interests include precision diabetes medicine and early gestational diabetes, and her work has been published in high impact journals including New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet and Nature Medicine.
